How do I handle an inspection contingency removal?

After the buyer completes inspections and you’ve negotiated any repairs or credits, they formally remove the inspection contingency in writing per the contract. Once removed, it’s much harder for them to cancel over condition issues, so verify all agreed repairs, dates, and addenda are signed before you rely on that protection.
